Here we have a 4m x 4m steel frame OffPOD Luxury Garden Room which we designed and built for a client in Melbourne Derbyshire who wanted to create a sleek bar/chill-out area away from their main property.

This particular client was concerned that they would struggle to have their build located in the area they wanted as the ground was sloped. This was not difficult for us overcome with the utilisation of ground screws for the base. As you can see from the images, we had to create a sub-base to finish the build neatly at ground level.

15m x 5m Garden Gym Pod Nantwich

This 15m x 5m Garden Gym Pod was designed and built for our client in Nantwich, Cheshire. Our client required a fully equipped gym suite with a partitioned room for a solarium. This build was 3m tall; however, it did not require planning permission because it was more than 2m away from any boundaries. Given that this garden room was over 30sqm, it required building control sign-off, which was all handled by OffPOD.

6.2m x 3.5m Pitched Roof Garden Room St Albans

Our client was completely renovating their home and garden and wanted to incorporate a bespoke garden room into their project, which would be a main focal point of the garden. Therefore, it was important to our client that the design of their build had some unique elements, such as the steel pitched roof and the angled bespoke side window.

4.5m x 3.5m corner garden room with two sets of aluminium panel bifold doors and a full length aluminium panel full length window. The corner garden room also includes a large 'L' shape composite decking area which wraps around two sides of the building.

On this occasion, our client wanted to create a space to facilitate a garden office; however, the room needed to capture a lot of natural light.
